Fees

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. EFTPOS, Credit Card and Cash payments are accepted. If you have any issues regarding the payments please discuss this when booking or with your therapist at your initial consult. Receipts can be provided for insurance purposes.

Please note that late or same day cancellation of an appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of $30.

ACC Appointments

There is a co-payment of $30 for your first three appointments. There is no subsequent co-payment charge for any appointments after the first three appointments.

ACC Appointments with a Community Service Card

There is a co-payment of $15 for your first three appointments. There is no subsequent co-payment charge for any appointments after the first three appointments. We do provide a no-charge service for CSC holders at our Linwood clinic.

Insurance Cover

Insurance Cover varies between Policies. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment and a full receipt can be provided to you. This allows you to claim back directly with your insurance company, if your Policy allows.
